Raising money domestically a reality for realty, offshore still a hope

In an exclusive chat with VCCircle, Sunil Rohokale, chief executive officer and managing director, ASK Investment Managers, says LPs are adopting a cautious approach while committing capital for real estate. While domestic LPs are concerned about oversupply situation across the markets, offshore LPs want a stable tax regime, decisive guidelines on FDI and strength of economy to get reflected in the value of rupee. 

He also shares his list of expectations from the upcoming Union Budget 2015.
