The amount also has not yet been disclosed. PubMatic (alongwith its Indian parent Komli, an ad network, had raised $7 million in Series A round in January last year from Helion Ventures, Nexus India Capital and DFJ). PubMatic is founded by brothers Amar and Rajeev Goel..
The company also announced the launch of a new tool, PubMatic Premier, which will help large media companies increase their revenues from online ad networks while also protecting media companies’ brands. It will be available for global media publishers with greater than $5 million in annual online revenue, the release said.
