NEC close to signing deal with Hexaware promoters

Japan’s NEC Corporation is close to buying out a majority stake in mid-sized information technology company Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The deal, which is being brokered by Morgan Stanley India and Credit Suisse, will see NEC buying the entire businesses of Hexaware Technologies group. It will sell non-core assets later.
