Navis Capital sells Nirula’s to A2Z Group

Malaysia-based Navis Capital Partners has announced second exit from its India portfolio this week as the buyout private equity specialist sold 100 per cent stake in Delhi-based Nirula’s Corner House Pvt Ltd, which runs a chain of fast food restaurants, to a local firm called A2Z Excursions Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed amount. Navis acquired the chain more than six years ago.
