Nalanda Capital completes Mastek exit with huge haircut

Singapore-based Nalanda Capital has completed its exit from IT services company Mastek Ltd, selling today its remaining 6.5 per cent stake in the public-listed firm for Rs 23 crore.The private equity firm, founded by former Warburg Pincus India MD Pulak Prasad, sold 1.76 million shares to hedge fund Amansa Holdings ......
