Financial services firm Centrum Capital Ltd has appointed Munesh Khanna joins as Managing Director of Investment Banking. Khanna was till recently with private equity firm Halcyon Resources & Management, which he quit to form his own investment bank Resonus Advisors Pvt
Ltd. he has also worked with the likes of DSP Merrill Lynch, Enam Financial Consultants, NM Rothschild & Sons and Arthur Andersen.
Centrum Capital has also appointed Aarthi Ramakrishnan as Head of Equity Capital Markets. Ramakrishnan joins from Credit Suisse, where she was Vice-President, Investment Banking.
Centrum Capital is a private equity backed company. It raised Rs 120 crore by selling a 10% to Indivision Capital Partners, an offshore fund manged by the Future Group.
