Indian users are slowly but surely warming up to mobile wallets and MobiKwik wants to ride this wave.
The company is keen to create ‘India’s largest independent payments network’ with 100 million digitally paying users and two lakh retailers by 2015-end, it said today
In line with this strategy, the online recharge and mobile wallet app is joining forces with offline service providers.
The company today announced a tie up with books and stationary retailer WHSmith India to enable shopping at the latter’s stores. It has similar tie ups with Big Bazaar, Cafe Coffee Day and other players.
