M&M increases stake in micro irrigation firm EPC to 54.8%

India’s largest utility vehicle and tractor manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M) has raised its holding in micro-irrigation firm EPC Industrie Ltd to 54.8 per cent, post its rights issue last month.
