Marketers across the globe are today faced with a unique challenge – how to create a brand presence which relates to their target market such that it not only creates a pull but also an effective repeat purchase strategy. This challenge is especially daunting in the times of internet penetration which has created multiple choices for consumers, but has also made access to information much easier.
