Global association of independent law firms Lex Mundi has named Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co), as its exclusive member firm for India, the company said in a press release on Wednesday.

It has voted unanimously to admit SAM & Co. as the exclusive member firm and replaced erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.
