Law tribunal dismisses Mumbai developer’s plea against Dutch investor FMO

Mumbai developer Hubtown Ltd has suffered a second major legal blow within three months after the National Company Law Tribunal dismissed its petition against Dutch government-backed financial institution FMO, which had invested in its group company Vinca Developer Pvt. Ltd.
