Large Mumbai realtors revive fresh residential projects, prices continue to move up

Top real estate developers in Mumbai are reviving their new residential projects after a hiatus as they feel demand is picking up after a slowdown in what is believed to be the country’s biggest market by value. Even as demand had slowed down in the past two years with rising interest rate (which peaked out just a few months ago), property prices remained resilient and the developers feel buyers who were waiting for prices to come down are now returning to the market.
