KKR-backed Avantha Power looking to revive delayed IPO worth $250M

Avantha Power & Infrastructure, the privately held power generation business of Avantha Group, is reviving plans for its proposed public issue and may soon appoint bankers to refile documents with market regulator SEBI to scoop around $200-250 million, a source privy to the development told VCCircle.
