India and US-based Kellton Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a provider of IT services in the web, mobile, security, ERP and cloud space, has acquired New Jersey-headquartered enterprise consulting solutions and application outsourcing firm eVantage Technologies Inc, the company said in a BSE filing. The details of the transactions are not disclosed. Post the deal, eVantage will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kellton.
“This (acquisition) enhances Kellton Tech’s capability and expertise primarily in the areas of service-oriented architecture, ERP, enterprise application integration (EAI) and business intelligence,” Kellton Tech said.
Founded in 1993, Kellton Tech is a global IT company with a portfolio comprising IT services in the web, mobile, security, ERP and cloud space. Kellton Tech’s technological solutions and services include product conceptualisation, creative and user design, quality assurance and testing, deployment, hosting and migration as well as maintenance and support. The firm serves startups, early-stage companies and enterprise companies across verticals, including retail, travel, e-commerce, education, hospitality, adverting, market research, manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics, lifestyle and non-profits. Kellton counts among its key clients companies, including NDTV, Nokia, Yebhi.com, Sony, PVR Cinemas and MakeMyTrip.

Set up in 1996, eVantage provides enterprise consulting solutions and application outsourcing to many multi-national corporations. It has expanded its offerings to Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Dataware Housing areas. Its solutions include SAP Document Imaging Archiving Workflow (SAP DIAW); eDocXpress, which electronically stores, retrieves, redacts and prints documents for delivery to requests; and eImmigrate, a workflow-based immigration software with back office support.
