Hyderabad-based IT consulting and software services firm Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd has acquired Virginia-based recruiting firm Vivos Professional Services, LLC for an undisclosed amount, as per a stock market disclosure.
Headquartered in Northern Virginia, Vivos Professional offers staff solutions in five areas namely IT & technology, healthcare & life sciences, trade/industrial, government staffing solutions and outsourcing solutions.
Its key customers include Alcon, Covance, ETrade, Emergent Bio-solutions, etc.
The acquisition is expected to help Kellton Tech expand in the growing health and life sciences services segment in the US markets, the disclosure said.
Earlier in April, Kellton Tech had acquired New Jersey-headquartered enterprise consulting solutions and application outsourcing firm eVantage Technologies Inc for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 1993, Kellton Tech is an IT company with a portfolio comprising IT services in the web, mobile, security, ERP and cloud space. Kellton Tech’s technological solutions and services include product conceptualisation, creative and user design, quality assurance and testing, deployment, hosting and migration as well as maintenance and support.
The firm serves startups, early-stage companies and enterprise companies across verticals, including retail, travel, e-commerce, education, hospitality, advertising, market research, manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics, lifestyle and non-profits. Its key clients include NDTV, Nokia, Yebhi.com, Sony, PVR Cinemas and MakeMyTrip.
Kellton has offices in Hyderabad and Gurgaon in India, and Virginia and New Jersey in the US.
