India Opportunities Real Estate Fund’s exit from Bangalore residential project hits hurdle

Shriram Properties’ proposed buyback of stake held by India Opportunities Real Estate Fund (IOREF) in its Bangalore-based residential project has hit a roadblock as the firm was seeking to provide an exit to the realty fund before the three year lock-in period gets over.
