IFC’s Ruchira Shukla on venture capital outlook for 2018, valuations and more

International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) venture capital arm has maintained its investment pace of signing three to five deals every year in India. However, the VC arm may do more deals if the opportunity arises. "We are not tied to achieving a fixed number of deals in a particular year," Ruchira Shukla, who leads IFC’s regional VC activity in South Asia told VCCTV. She also talked about the expected overall VC trends for this year, valuations, and opportunities in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. For more, watch the video.
