HDIL looking to sell off land assets to pare debt

Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL), the Mumbai-based real estate company headed by Sarang Wadhawan, is looking to sell off its Kochi land assets, a senior official of the company said.

All HDIL projects are defunct. Construction works across HDIL Metropolis, Harmony, Premier etc is all stalled. Nothing has moved in l st 1 year. Anybody can go to any site and verify themselves no matter what company claims. They keep giving false promises to people who have booked apartments. HDIL metropolis was suppose to be delivered in Dec 2011 and now they are saying Dec 2013 which is also uncertain since there is no work happening
