Brokerage firm HDFC Securities, a subsidiary of private sector lender HDFC Bank, has appointed Vinod Sharma as head of private broking and wealth management. He will be responsible for acquiring, holding private broking relationships and advising customers on wealth allocation and management. He will report to Aseem Dhru, MD and CEO of the firm.

Prior to his appointment at HDFC Securities, Sharma was with Anagram Capital as whole time director and head of research based out of Ahmedabad.
