New Delhi-based law firm Juris Corp has appointed former Fox Mandal corporate partner Debanjan Banerjee as partner in its merger & acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE) practice, media reports said.

Banerjee joined the company's newly opened office in Bangalore from where the law firm plans to focus on representing startups and their investors, while leveraging the strength of Juris Corp in structured finance, according to a report by Legally India.

An email sent to Juris Corp seeking information on the development did not elicit any response by the time of filing this article.
