Singhi Advisors recently clocked 25 years of operations in the investment banking space. Founded by Mahesh Singhi, the firm has built its business broadly around industrials and the services segment. It also owns a 15% stake in a global M&A network, Mergers Alliance, which helps it acquire foreign clients. For instance, Singhi Advisors was a co-advisor to a Turkish company, Hisarlar, when it was acquired by tractor maker Mahindra & Mahindra last month.
