Exclusive: PE-backed construction firm Capacite eyes IPO

At a time when several leading real estate companies have given their plans to list on the bourses a miss, Mumbai-based construction start-up Capacite Infraprojects is actively considering to float an initial public offering (IPO) that may allow the company to raise fresh funds and its investors to exit.
