Exclusive: PE firm True North to partially exit small finance bank licensee Fincare

Fincare Business Services Pvt. Ltd, a financial services holding company, is in late-stage discussions to raise external equity funding that would rejig foreign ownership to help comply with local laws which require a dilution of majority stake owned by private equity investor True North, two persons close to the development told VCCircle.
