Exclusive: Milestone Capital looks to tap into REITs for commercial fund

Milestone Capital, a homegrown private equity firm that focuses on the property sector, is planning to tap into the nascent public market for real estate investment trust (REITs) for its latest core asset fund that has a target corpus of Rs 1,400 crore (about $210 million).
