o3 Capital is one of the most active mid-market investment banking firms in the country and has been particularly involved in healthcare deals. VCCircle caught up with Shiraz Bugwadia, one of the four managing directors of the home-grown investment bank who focuses on life-sciences and infrastructure sector deals, to understand his views on deal-making in the sector, valuations and more.
