Mumbai-based DigitalF5 Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, which offers digital solutions to businesses, has acquired digital marketing firm AdClear in an all-stock deal, a top company executive said.

DigitalF5 co-founder Ravi Dubey said the acquisition of AdClear Digital Marketing Services LLP will help expand the company’s operations into Delhi. He didn’t disclose the deal value.

“We are in the end-to-end digital marketing solutions while AdClear’s expertise is in the area of performance-driven marketing, more specifically SEO (search engine optimisation) and SEM (search engine marketing). The acquisition will help complement each other’s operations,” Dubey told VCCircle.
