Cox & Kings’ UK arm to raise $100M from CVCI

Mumbai-based travel services provider Cox & Kings Ltd is close to signing a deal to raise $100 million from Citigroup’s private equity arm Citigroup Venture Capital International (CVCI) for its UK-based arm, three people with knowledge of the development told VCCircle.
