I had the opportunity to work with the dynamic person Mr. Govindan Raghavan while in Carrier Aircon Limited in 1990. I had been cherishing the days of our working under his leadership. Mr. Raghavan is an institute of learning and grooming his each team member. The Leader who gives equal opportunity to work, perform and grow. I wish I could bring back those days and could correct few mistakes I did that time. Those mistake became the guiding light for me throughout my career and in my working.
