Barclays Corporate, the corporate banking arm of the UK-based Barclays Group, has appointed Standard Chartered’s Tan Kah Chye as its new head of trade and working capital. In his new role, Tan will focus on increasing the depth and reach of Barclays Corporate’s trade business in Asian, European and African markets. He will also leverage Barclays’ growing presence in the USA.
