Anchor’s FMCG business to be split and sold

Anchor Health and Beauty Care Ltd, the privately held FMCG business of the $450 million Anchor Group, is looking to split its consumer goods businesses into two divisions and then sell its beauty care business to prospective buyers, according to people with direct knowledge of the deal.
