3i India Infrastructure Fund’s asset value falls 15.2%

3i India Infrastructure Fund has seen 15.2 per cent drop in asset value during FY12 to $181.2 million, the company disclosed during its annual results. The fund, which raised $1.2 billion in 2008, has generated a gross money multiple on invested cash of 1.21x in rupee terms, and 1.05x in US dollar terms since inception, 3i said.
