Exclusive: Peepul Capital seeks to exit water treatment solutions firm

Private equity (PE) firm Peepul Capital is looking to sell its entire stake in one of its portfolio firms nearly seven years after making the investment, two persons privy to the development told VCCircle. The sector-agnostic investment firm is planning to float its fourth fund by the middle of this year. The PE firm’s plan for the fourth fund come more than six years after it raised a little less than $320 million in its third outing in 2010.
