Yatra acquires online hotels aggregator Travelguru from Travelocity

This is Yatra’s third acquisition in less than a year and comes after it raised Rs 200 crore in a pre-IPO round from VC investors in April 2011.
In a surprising move, Gurgaon-based online travel agency (OTA) Yatra Online Pvt Ltd has acquired online hotel distribution network Travelguru from Travelocity.
