Kotak Realty Fund to invest $100M in next few months

The real estate investment firm is currently on the road to raise its sixth overall and second offshore fund.
Kotak Realty Fund, a real estate focused private equity fund managed by Kotak Investment Advisors, is looking to deploy all of its $100 million dry powder in the next three-four months, a senior executive said.
