Private equity funds eye investment in Prabhat Dairy

Earlier, Carlyle invested in Tirumala Milk Products, which is setting up the country’s largest integrated dairy.
Ahmednagar-based Prabhat Dairy Pvt Ltd may seek private equity funding after finalising its expansion/Capex plans for the next one year, CEO Vivek Nirmal said. The dairy products maker has not appointed an advisor yet.
