Exclusive: Navis Capital eyes exit from last India portfolio firm
Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm Navis Capital Partners, which stopped investing in India four years ago after a series of forgettable exits, has kicked off the process to sell its stake in its last remaining portfolio company in the country. The development comes after Navis in April exited automotive graphics maker Classic Stripes Pvt Ltd. The deal for Classic Stripes was the fifth known exit from an Indian portfolio for Navis Capital in four years.
