Ireland's CRH set to snap up 2 plants of Jaypee Cement for up to $864M

CRH had bought a 50 percent stake in My Home Industries for $452 million in 2008.
Northern India-based cement manufacturing company Jaypee Cements is all set to sell off two of its plants with a cumulative capacity of 4.8 million tonnes to Ireland based CRH Plc.
