Exclusive: Exfinity ups offshore fund’s target corpus
Exfinity Venture Partners, led by former Infosys CFO and board member V Balakrishnan, has revised its upcoming global offshore fund’s target corpus and plans to incorporate it in Singapore. Balakrishnan told VCCircle the VC firm would soon apply to register in Singapore and expects to incorporate the fund by the end of this year. “Once incorporated, it will take a year to fully raise the fund. But we will have multiple closings and will start investing from this fund by the middle of next year,” Balakrishnan said.
