How does one arrive at a fair valuation of the share value of a Private Ltd firm through the annual Balance Sheet which shows losses for 2 operational years. What are the other parameters to be considered to arrive at the valuation?

To value a share of private limited company showing los for the last 2 financial year, to me one of the method could be asset valuation as any other income based valuation would not be applicable
