Morgan Stanley To Invest $1 Billion In Indian Real Estate Over 5 Years

US investment bank Morgan Stanley plans to invest $1 billion in Indian real estate sector over five years, Zain Fancy, executive director for the Asia-Pacific region, told Reuters. The investment bank had raised $4.2 billion for an international property fund in March.

Morgan Stanley has already invested $65 million in Delhi-based residential and commercial developer Alpha G:Corp, and $68 million Bangalore-based Mantri Developers.
