Good about bringing the information to investors.
I think raising money in todays real estate market is quite easy everyone knows and is investing at the boom time.
But the real success for the fund managers are the deployment in projects, which i feel considering the subjective valuations and localized nature of the industry are quite scarce in number.
The real challenge will be to meet return expectations of the investors.
